Type: Rosé – Terre Siciliane Igt
Alcoholic content: 12,5% alc/vol

Description: very bright soft rosé, it offers a flowery and fruity bouquet, with pleasant notes of pomegranates and currants, on a wild strawberry background. In the mouth it is lively, thanks to crisp acidity and agreeable sapidity, well balanced by the perfectly balanced softness.

Food & Wine: match with hot and cold seafood starters, raw fish (especially shellfish) and first courses based on vegetables. We also recommend it with fried fish, fresh cheeses and second courses of roasted fish.

Serve: Serve in medium-size tulip glasses, not flared, relatively tall, uncork at time of serving, excellent at 10–12°C.

Curiosity:Lumera is an evocative name, in full Donnafugata style. It's the beloved woman, the sublime being who inspires joy and fullness of life. It's the woman portrayed on the label, it's the wine that bears her name.
